My Yogic Philosophy
Milford Massage and Wellness designed its yoga program to meet the needs of people of all fitness level and abilities. My goal is to help people nourish body, mind and spirit. I believe yoga creates the opportunity for deep personal growth and that it is accessible to all people - regardless of flexibility, weight or age. It is a practice of moving inward, finding peace and strength within and without. It is the discipline created by cultivated an individual style and practice that eventually translates into a more peaceful, balanced person. It is more than just asana or poses. It is a lifestyle of conscious, present living open to anyone.
Due to limited space I ask yogis call or text 302-930-3055 to register for class or if I can answer questions. I am proud of our loving, open minded, caring community of yogis and I look forward to meeting you. Namaste.
I have four standing classes:
- Tuesday - Thursday: 6 a.m. (Intermediate)
- Tuesday - Thursday: 5:30 p.m. (beginners)
If there is a group of four people who would like to have class and would commit to a minimum of 4 classes, I will gladly create a private class for your group.
7-class pass: $75 (must be used within 90 days)
